Where do I report a problem with my journey served by local bus services?
For issues such as delays or missed buses, please contact your transport operator first. Kent County Council only controls a small number of services which are operated with our financial support. If you are not satisfied with response you receive from the bus operator, please contact the Traffic Commissioner who is responsible for the licensing and regulation of Bus Services. They can be contacted by telephoning 01132 543280 or via email at enquiries@otc.gov.uk.
