How do I get in touch about a bus service?

For all supported and commercial services, you should first contact the Transport Provider of your chosen service directly. Contact details for all bus operators can be found on our Bus Operator Directory page.

When contacting operators with complaints, you should detail as much information as you have to help the operator look into what you are detailing. Where possible, this should include:

  • Route Number

  • Date

  • Time you were travelling

  • Your starting stop and destination

  • Details of the incident

  • What action was taken at the time.

How can I report a problem with a bus stop, timetable case or digital information display?

To let us know about damage to a bus stop, including the timetable, timetable case, pole or digital information display, please visit the Kent Highway Reporting Tool. This site can also be used to request a new bus stop or for an existing stop to be moved.

How can I find out more information about bus passes for older or disabled people?

The Kent County Council website provides further information on bus passes for older or disabled people. This can be accessed at the following link, and includes information on applying for and renewing passes, and informing The Council when moving house.

How can I apply for help with School Transport?
